Both St Michaels and St Peters are in the parish of Acton Green, despite the latter not being particularly close to the actual Green. It's indeed confusing for them to have it in their postal address, while St Michaels does at least admit to being in Bedford Park. Meanwhile St Albans, which is on Acton Green, has paired up with the church on Turnham Green to call itself Christchurch. No wonder we're confused!
