| "The Council are quite clearly monitoring closely the tickets issued by each attendant so they are under huge pressure to dole out as many as possible." The process is outsourced to SERCO and Hounslow Council extended their contract at some cost to the Council Tax payer shortly before the election. CPZs are being extended across the Borough and this requires more CEOs. Less money is being collected in fines because motorists are becoming more aware of the penalties. |
