| So there isn't enough in the budget to keep the street lights on yet LBH can afford to hire parking attendants. Oh I dunno...what if they hired more police to patrol those dimly-lit streets? What if those police wrote the PCNs in which case traffic wardens could be eliminated completely - that might save a pound or two. What if they used that extra cash they suddenly have for social programs or health-related initiatives? A sorry state of affairs in Hounslow when Curran can let Khan steamroll over him and now this. Good standing up for your constituents, Steve. Well done. |
