Lorraine, Bit too busy now to go in depth, but all of these issues are relevant considerations which were taken into consideration when the original decision was reached.  The High Court challenge could only succeed if the judge concluded that in reaching that decision the Council had either (a) taken something into consideration it shouldn't have done, or (b) not taking into consideration something it should have done. The judgement goes through the various claims made by the claimants relating to (a) or (b) and quite clearly rebuts all of them.
