You could apparently afford to buy one of the 30% 'affordable' properties. What would you regard as affordable, and be prepared to pay? "It has to be 32 storeys to fit more homes in!!!!!" Of course it doesn't - it has to be at least 60/70 storeys high to fit even more and more homes. "The more homes that are built the slower the rise in prices".
