There was a lot on the news about him today going to lead the No vote re the EU so I guess he thought he might as well join forces...there are quite a lot of No groups springing up, wouldn't be surprised to see more consolidation as time goes on  

Don't believe the UK will, when it comes down to it, vote to leave the EU especially with the pro-EU propaganda being shoved down kids' throats in schools and all the massive pro EU stuff the government will throw out in the run up to the vote.
