|Is it correct that a written header of "without prejudice" in your reply letter to their allegation letter, helpful to your case should you wish to change your statements therein later?|
It is useful to the plaintiff but can it give the defendant any protection in county court?
I doubt it but hey, Euro are misrepresenters.
Not replying seems an effective tactic.
A search of that header gives "without detriment to any existing right or claim". Thanks for any replies.
