Is it correct that a written header of "without prejudice" in your reply letter to their allegation letter, helpful to your case should you wish to change your statements therein later? It is useful to the plaintiff but can it give the defendant any protection in county court? I doubt it but hey, Euro are misrepresenters. Not replying seems an effective tactic. A search of that header gives "without detriment to any existing right or claim". Thanks for any replies. |
