Back in May I received a parking charge notice for £75 from euro car parks for overstaying 15 minutes in one of their car parks. I appealed the decision stating my reason for being late back to the car was because at the time I was 8.5 months pregnant, started to experience contractions so had to stop and rest. They replied with a very standard issue letter stating that they would not overturn the decision, there was no mention of the reasons I had provided. I then appealed to Popla however they could not overturn the charge as they were unable to consider 'mitigating circumstances'.
So what do I do now...pay the charge and be done....send another letter asking them to reconsider or just sit on my hands and do nothing???
Anyone have any experience with these guys?
