Not another ES survey Rima, i tend to dismiss them for many reasons. As to the Estuary airport, well that comes with huge environmental impacts which the RSPB have noted in its NO campaign to an Estuary airport. Protected habitats to 300,000 migrating birds are just some of the reasons. Some experts say Bird strikes from having an estuary airport would be very high and maybe even on a daily basis. Birds and planes do not go together which makes the estuary idea a NO GO from the very start. "The environmental benefits of an Estuary airport would include renewable energy from the oceans, solar and wind" Is that your comment above Rima or the ES. Most top environmentalists will have that debunked pretty sharpish |
