| I don't think that the system is necessarily broken. I think that we don't ask often enough for what we really want ie no chips! (I could have pinched some of someone else's.) Looking at the Sustainable Restaurants thing mentioned above it was interesting to see what the restaurants were learning when they did a waste audit and what they were going to do/did to try and reduce the waste. Basically the same sort of things that you would do at home regarding your management of food. And yes we always ask for too much at the Indian - but so that we can take it home! |
