The Sustainable Restaurant Association's food saving case studies listed above include Sam's Brasserie. These show some of the work that is being done to reduce food waste in some establishments. If we don't ask for less or changes to the menu when we eat somewhere with such large portions when we'd prefer less we'll increase too. If you have a large appetite you can always add a course. |
