Me! I eat anything green (well within reason). I love parsley and am particularly irritated and downgrade any establishment where they haven't washed their salads and garnishes properly. I find that barbecues are often spoilt by being too many lumps of meat and no vegetables. There are lots of vegetables that can be barbecued. Low rate cherry tomatoes can become wonderful cooked. Courgette mixed with other vegetables and meat on a kebab is very different from the vegetable when cooked on its own. |
