| My experience is that Serco who handle this for Hounslow will respond by email quicker than 10 working days and you can order temporary permits (assuming you already have one to swap to a new car) on this page: http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/index/transport_and_streets/parking/parking_permits.htm There is a link half way down.They are impossible to call but they do call out and when I spoke to someone there they advised that they will all move to an online system but they are awaiting Hounslow's approval? We shall see. |
