| Sam, what is really needed with regards to parking permits is a phone number that people can ring (and get an answer ) when these sort of problems arise.I think it is disgraceful the way the council cuts themselves off from the outside world.Hounslow do their utmost to get their sticky little mits on our cash at every opportunity, but if you need to ask a question, you are expected to write or email, and then wait two weeks for a reply.It's disgusting. |
