| The situation over parking permits with Hounslow Council is appalling. We are permit holders in the CC zone. This weekend my son is getting his first car, and so we need to get a 2nd permit. But trying to obtain one is a nightmare. I've emailed Serco explaining the situation and offering to pay for the permit over the phone. Then should we be threatened with a PCN, at least we can say the permit is paid for, even if we haven't received it . But the reply came back that we should only expect a reply to our email in ten working days! It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. So what can we do? |
