Topic: FA Cup Final Ticket Allocation

These days, sadly an Evening Standard article doesn't really count as evidence for anything.

A few years ago the ticket used to have the name of the local county association printed on it and if those tickets were found to have got their way into the hands of a scalper or a corporate hospitality company the person who had been given the ticket would be expelled from the association and the local body would lose their allocation for the next few years.

The FA Cup final has always been notoriously difficult to get corporate tickets for as a result - there are some that can be obtained from the Club Wembley section but the idea that they come from the 'grass roots' allocation is probably erroneous.
