"He is a bad Mayor" You forgot 'incompetent' - by any standards the shambles over resignalling and re-equipping the District and Piccadilly Lines is the worst procurement failure in the history of London's post-2000 government, but he apparently turned up to allow Mary to claim credit for it. Gee, thanks. He's a terrible Mayor, who looked good as long as there was enough steam left in the set up he inherited. The next Mayor has a serious job of rebuilding the authority of the office to do. |
