I must say I have learned a lot from other customer reviews as it seems it is common practise for drivers to claim ignorance of some destinations if they don’t want the fare or give you the ‘south of the river – don’t know it mate’ nonsense which of course makes a mockery of the so called ‘Knowledge’ but some drivers appear to be too thick to recognise this.
