Monarch and IBIS have always been pretty good, and IBIS send a confirmation text which is reassuring. Monarch have let me down twice in 10 years which isn't bad (once as in your case coming back from overseas, admittedly on New Years' Day - they said the cab had broken down but didn't bother to phone me - from an overnight flight into Heathrow). Twice in 10 years is not bad but now if I have booked earlier than the same day I always ring them as near the pick up time as possible just to check all is going to plan. |
