Well done Julian.

I was out last night so I am so glad that you got it sorted.

Apple, although I don't like them for exploiting, albeit indirectly, the labour force, have excellent customer service. They are however no great with 'third party' applications.

BT could (and should) have checked your settings with you but if that wasn't 'on the script'.....says it all.
