I will start again as ive missed a few letters out Go to- settings- mail,contacts,calender Select BTinternet and tap on imap account ****@btinternet Go down to outgoing incoming mail and select your password. Remove and type it again,do not copy and paste. Also just check host name is mail.btinternet.com and user name is your email address . Then select top right corner and hit done then it should verify your password and all should be ok when. Maybe reboot after and then send yourself an email to check |
