Don't i know it Nigel.

Only ever had a problem with BT once and when the phone call was a waste of time which was expected in truth i got hold of the CEO'S email and sent him a strong worded email.

That resulted in someone within his office ringing me in person the next day apologising for BT failing me  and in return said BT would like to offer £10 off my bill for the next 12 months as a way of saying sorry and would get the relevant department to apply it to my account which they have.
