Really sorry to hear this about your little pussy cat and hope the cause is diagnosed soon. One of my cats is epileptic and requires medication twice a day. Tried various ways of administering it but the only way that works with him is crushing his tablet into powder form, licking the end of a cat treat and then dipping it in the crushed powder. He scoffs the treat without realising about the drugs as there’s a relatively small amount on each treat. Its takes about 8 to 10 treats to administer the whole tablet.  Its now part of his routine and he now comes to me morning and evening for his medication/treats before his food proper. If you don’t like the idea of licking a cat treat I guess you could try a wet sponge but actually quite partial to temptations/dreamies now though not so keen on the salmon ones!  Good luck.
