Well, I haven't got it worked out yet. But what I do know for sure is that the recycling excuse cannot be true. it makes no sense, and when Steve Curran was asked several times last week at the open meeting to explain it, he dodged the question every time. So it's not recycling. And it's not foxes and rats. Sure, they might be a nuisance but the council is never going to go to all this trouble to prevent a few foxes ripping open a few rubbish bags. If they were that bothered about the streets, they would be cleaning them which they aren't. So if it's not recycling or foxes, then what is it? They won't tell us the real reason which means it's awkward. So my guess is it's something to do with the contractors. but what? |
