| There have been similar impositions of wheelie bins on areas across the country and I don't think anyone has actually managed to get the decision reversed. They will have a legally watertight case and will not collect black bags left on the street so you will just be adding to the woes of your neighbours. If you accept you are actually going to get wheelie bins then one course of action would be to stencil a protest message (possibly designed by bobby) on the bins saying something like 'I am sorry that this ugly wheelie bin is spoiling the view but Hounslow Council made me put it here' |
