Any Royalty in W4 by any chance. It took a 5 min phone call from Prince Charles to the Qatari Royal Family to knock the 2 years of planning and design of Chelsea Barracks completely on the head. For some it was wrong and for others the phone call has made all the difference as 5 years down the line the plans and design has changed completely and now has approval without many objections. |
