| Natasha, You also need to check that the flat comes with the right to develop the loft - if it is leasehold it may not, if it is share of freehold it may not - get you r solicitor to check as more often than not they do not come with the right. Also look at the neighboring properties to check if many have converted - helps indicate what the planning issues might be. |
