| Considering buying a flat in Wendell park area. The flat has a possibility for a loft conversion. I wouldn't have the money to do the loft up yet, but am wondering how much it potentially can cost, so I can start saving. Also want to calculate the economics of the purchase. If I spend X amount on converting the loft, how much would it add to the property value? Any experiences, cost guides would be highly appreciated! |
