| Thanks for your answer. Judging by the current loft size it will be about 30 sq. meters room with en-suite. I do plan to get the quotes when I move it, but want to do some preliminary economics first to understand the spend vs the potential gain. Nigel, does the budget you quote also considers the architectural drawings? |
