Forget bread makers - they tend to make the bread too airy for me. Buy Allisons flour and quick rise yeast packets and follow the recipe on the pack. Their seeded flour mixed 50:50 with strong white is v good. All you need are fore-arms of steel for the 10+ min of kneading, bit of time and loaf tins. And an oven. And the other ingredients. Piece of proverbial p. and then top bread.
