Dont get me started on Ebay I recently won a pair of shoes and the woman I bought them from started accusing me of having being a criminal and committing fraud (she had put the wrong email address on  her account and so Paypal couldnt credit her account with the money.  I had two days of vehemently rude emails from her, shethen said she was cancelling my purchase and promptly relisted the item and then I complained to Ebay and they said that legally she couldn't do this as she had legally contracted for me to buy the shoes, she had made libelous remarks against me and that she wouldnt be allowed to continue and would be unable to list again on Ebay.  They didn't do anything and all I was able to do was leave some suitably neutral feedback and she was able to sell the shoes...
