A while back I found a discussion on an iPhone forum about fake premium branded iPhone cases. There was a link to a web site where these cases were on sale at very low prices. I probably shouldn't name the site but I checked it just now and Laura Mercier branded products are also sold on that site. So presumably the eBay seller bought in some fake lipsticks and is selling them at a healthy profit. The best thing to do is raise a case with eBay, and call the Citizens Advice helpline as this is now the official way to contact Trading Standards.
