Have been buying and selling on ebay for a few years but just received a Laura Mercier lipstick which is a slightly different shade from the one I have, and definitely a different texture; also packing is different and no label under the lipstick. Have approached the seller but she is being quite aggressive. It's not just about the money, it's the principle. But not only that, fakes can contain levels of cadmium, arsenic, copper and mercury. I don't just want to get a refund. How to expose these charlatans? Has anyone else had a similar experience? |
