As a non-revenue producing bit of infrastructure would anybody actually want to own it? We all will get the benefit of it through a cleaner Thames. I was in favour but alarm bells are ringing about this public information session which seems to have been very poorly publicised. Gary implies he heard about it by accident and I haven't seen any info elsewhere. One possible downside for Chiswick is that it will require tunnelling under the area and the tunnel will be closest to the surface under Bedford Park. Thames Water may be fulfilling some sort of Government requirement on holding these sessions but don't want many people to turn up because there might be some controversial elements to the scheme locally. Can you park in Morrisons car park in the evenings? |
