| It’s a cash machine on wheels. Nothing more. Junctions are supposed to be designed to improve traffic flow and make roads safer. This does the opposite. There’s a £5million budget shortfall Hounslow said it will plug through enforcement of traffic violations. I suggest contacting the local councillors and MP. |
