| An observation of this 'Virtual Parking Permit'. When everyone has gone virtual, and no car in Chiswick has a valid displayed parking permit on it, will it encourage 'chancers' more cars, from outside W4 to park as and where they want. Because it's going to take the poor Parking Attendant ages to type in every vehicle reg in each street he/she has to patrol ?. Think about it ?. |
