| Dear Patrick, If you would like help from a councillor, to check whether you need a physical permit or if you have been added to the database as a holder of a virtual permit, do get in touch with me unless you know which ward you live in and who your councillors are in which case do get in touch with one of them. Or, if you give me your address, I can reply giving you the email addresses and phone numbers of your ward councillors. I do understand how stressful the uncertainty is, with the risk of fines then, if you are fined, all the admin involved in challenging a PCN. Let's try to pre-empt that by asking if you are on the system. So sorry to hear your loved one has dementia and how much you have to be available.
