| If the meat is good quality - Ie actually made of beef - and has been stored at the appropriate temperature and in the right conditions of course you can have it cooked to your liking. Where is all this nonsense coming from. Also “avoid burgers because of an obesity crisis” have you heard of the concept of moderation? In France, where by the way no one would touch a “well done” anything, people eat salads, fish, healthy, exercise, and enjoy a treat when they want one. Cheese, a patisserie, a burger. Then the next day it’s back to healthy food. Why post if only to be inflammatory? Genuine question. |
