| I see that Tower Hamlets are now abandoning many of their LTN road closures because of the extra pollution created by the extra motor traffic using the remaining available routes. Clearly they're not convinced by any traffic-evaporation-if-you-make-things-difficult-for-motorists theories, though this was decided by their newly elected local mayor who had campaigned on this issue. |
