| A very balanced view Adam that hits all the right notes with me. Throughout this lockdown I have lost everything. My business has been destroyed and now I’m unemployed and finding it incredibly difficult starting again at my time of life. These lockdown are having a detrimental effect on far more people than those who have died from COVID, who have had no previous underlying health conditions. Poverty, mental health and education along with the economy has been crushed and people are suffering dreadfully. I’m having trouble putting food on the table and the bills are piling up. At the moment, I have no life to speak of and it’s soul destroying. I am not alone. The solution has become far more of a curse than the illness itself. FYI, I wrote to West Mid Hospital and under the freedom of information act, I asked how many people, with no underlying health conditions or medical treatment have died from COVID. There answer was 2. Autopsies came to a halt and almost everybody who died, died of COVID. No matter what their underlying health conditions were… it was all COVID. As for COVID, this disease/illness/virus or whatever you want to call it has never ever been isolated. We are to believe COVID exists yet it has never been proven. I’m not saying there is a bad flu going around that has affected many people, that is true, but this country has come to a standstill at times for something not yet proven or isolated. Can somebody please post evidence on here that COVID has actually been isolated and proven… that will shut me up! Finally, there is a 99.7% recovery rate. My own immune system offers more immunity than any vaccine on the market. If I do become unwell I would more than likely go to bed and try and recover, I would certainly not be out amongst people shopping or otherwise. I wouldn’t go out if I had the flu, I’d isolate as much as I could, as that is what the vast majority of us have always done during the flu season. Why can’t we be trusted to do the same? Why must I be told by this nanny state what I can and cannot do? What happened to common sense? We are going into another lockdown, it’s inevitable, flu season will be upon us in a couple of months but lockdown could be as soon as august. How many more lives have to be destroyed? How much longer can I survive? I feel we really do need to start looking at the bigger picture here. |
