Thank you Mary for alerting us to this application. The gentlemen who seem determined to characterise you as some sort of curtain twitching busybody are clearly unaware of the details of the proposal.

Placing a coffee station at this point would restrict views to the only exit from the playground and either block the pavement, forcing people onto the road or, if the queueing system advocated in the plans was implemented, make them queue in the road. The idea is such a bad one I can't imagine any other outcome than it would be rejected by the licensing committee.

I find it extraordinary that some people would just like to wave this application through without even knowing if it would be valid even if Fisher's Lane reopened. This just strikes me as irresponsible.
