| Here's another drawback to wearing a mask. I use 2 pairs of spectacles, and need to change over when entering a building. I also have hearing aids. The b....y mask tangles with my hearing aids, sometimes also with my glasses, and also causes these to steam up. This morning in Waitrose I had to constantly remove my specs, to try to read the little notices on the shelves. The first time I wore a mask, I lost one of my aids, and was a fortnight without one. Now I remove the mask whilst in the shop, or at home, never in the street. But I don't wear one when walking across Turnham Green, or round the grounds of the flats. |
