Still about an hour to queue. What's the waste in having marshalls to stop the queue blocking roads and access to businesses for delivery trucks, and to make us switch off engines, etc? Better than keeping the place closed. The ban on walk-ins must be to limit the number of people moving about inside and to stop cars parking out in the congested street and carrying their stuff in to beat the queue.
