Also you are absolutely right on this issue - totally unacceptable to keep serving right up to time being called and then not allow sufficient drinking up time. If you take this alongside the Bell and Crown fiasco there is a pattern emerging with Fullers pubs which used to be impeccably run.

Could it be that since the brewery sale the pressure is on management to increase profits. One way of doing that is only paying staff up until time called.
