| Dire standards? I can't comment on Brentford but that is a gross exagaration. In fact complete rubbish. I am a member and regular user and find the staff are friendly and efficient and I often see a team of cleaners working away. Granted the recent refurb was way overdue and ideally there are some minor things that could be improved but you could say that about most public facilities. I am off there shortly and will make a point of telling the staff what I think of this article. "Dire" the author doesn't know the meaning of the word. |
