I would have thought you had a decent case with the independent appeal. Unfortunately it probably relies on a photo at the time, to help swing it your way. Did you go to the appeal or write in?....I think in this situation it might have helped to go face to face!? Incidentally why two signs.... couldn't the top sign say the range of dates? |
