I think you took a huge risk by parking in a a suspended bay, where the suspension notice was valid but with dates turned away from the kerb. If you were intending to rely on this why didn't you take a photo of the suspension notice when you parked? All three faces of the sign say "No waiting, no loading, no parking at any time". What is misleading? You should pay the £110 penalty charge before it increases. |
