I think they are mainly flats, though, as you say, round there, Andy? So suitable for singles/couples with maybe one child max.  Where I am (a street or so North of Bedford Park) the quite substantial 3-4 bed houses mainly attract families, so a different market. 

I'd be happy to stay where I am for another few years at least as I still like Chiswick, love my house that I have done a lot to over the years, and how relatively easy it is to get to Central London, but with Heathrow putting a three-year-mass overfly-knife at our throats in this part of London that may no longer be an option.
