The chances are that the developers of the B&Q site would scrap the current proposal to go for an even bigger one if the Chiswick Curve went ahead but, as it stands it hasn't been approved so it wouldn't be reasonable to require that it is included in any CGI.

There does seem to be a problem with the way developers use these images in consulting with the public. Many are completely misleading, and there seems to be no set standards for how developers present their projects visually. If they made a materially false statement in the text of any document they issued they would be subject to sanction so why should images not be treated in the same way?
