Loraine,

Easy to point the figure,  actually China since the introduction of the Green Credit Guidelines is doing quite a lot on climate change and we have seen a real shift towards Green finance.  Lots more work to be done of course but they are making progress and positive changes by them will make a real difference.  India likewise is also at a critical stage at it contemplates whether to build more Coal Fired power stations for rural areas or look at alternatives. Again easy to point the finger at India when you have Australia baning on their door to sell coal! Its a complex world.

I maintain the position that as a concept and service Mobility services serve a purpose and contribute towards the decabbonisation of our city, I agree that the execution is not perfect.  Personally I would like to see some Car park spaces gone on the CHR and at a cost to Mobikes docking stations provided.
